Now hear these…

Nineteen (19 count’em 19!) of my books are now available on audio.  To see the list click here but beware of other persons with similar names.  I dare say they’re OK writers in their way, but they’re not the real Dave Duncan.  More of mine are coming out all the time.

I saw these a few days ago, and listened to some of the previews. The readers all seem rather good, which is a relief; although the way the reader of Magic Casement paused before spouting the name Poraganu made me wonder if she could keep up the flow. I’m only going on a minute or so’s audio, of course.

I can now happily start recommending them to friends: Audible has a huge following in the blind world, and I think I worked out that you could obtain all the current offerings for between 6 and 7 British Pounds per book, factoring in their current promotions and assuming a one-a-month purchase rate. I personally prefer the eBook of course, but a lot of my friends don’t so this is great news!

I love the audio books and listen to them all the time, while doing other things with my hands, like make jewelry and cross stitch. I have all of the “Man of his word” books and now audios.
